Building materials noncombustible performance tester is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of GB/T5464-99 and ISO1182.

The test device including the heating oven, test sample racks, airflow cover, thermocouple, voltage regulators and controlling instruments.

The technical parameters are as followed,
1. The power supply, AC220V±10%/50Hz

2. Heating furnace, Φ95 mm × Φ75 mm × 150 mm,

3 mm × 0.2 m of 80% nickel-chromium and with 20% resistors

3. The quality of the test sample rack is 15g +2 g

4. Airflow cover,Φ75 mm×500 mm.

5. Thermocouple,insulation type Ni-Cr – the outer diameter of the Ni-Cr is 1.5 mm/wire diameter is Φ0.3 mm.

6. The manostat is 1.5kvA, and the voltage stability is within ± 1%.

7. The voltage regulator is from 0 to 100V.

Power Controller

1. Temperature meter, 0 ~ 1000 °C ± 5%.

2. Timer, 0 ~ 99h.
